- “Psalm 2
1 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.
5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
7 I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.”

- “Revelation 19
11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.”
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

- “Salmo 2
7 Falarei do decreto do Senhor; ele me disse: Tu és meu Filho, hoje te gerei.

1. Crown Him with many crowns, the Lamb upon His throne.
Hark! How the heavenly anthem drowns all music but its own.
Awake, my soul, and sing of Him who died for thee,
And hail Him as thy matchless King through all eternity.

2. Crown Him the virgin’s Son, the God incarnate born,
Whose arm those crimson trophies won which now His brow adorn;
Fruit of the mystic rose, as of that rose the stem;
The root whence mercy ever flows, the Babe of Bethlehem.

3. Crown Him the Son of God, before the worlds began,
And ye who tread where He hath trod, crown Him the Son of Man;
Who every grief hath known that wrings the human breast,
And takes and bears them for His own, that all in Him may rest.

4. Crown Him the Lord of life, who triumphed over the grave,
And rose victorious in the strife for those He came to save.
His glories now we sing, who died, and rose on high,
Who died eternal life to bring, and lives that death may die.

5. Crown Him the Lord of peace, whose power a scepter sways
From pole to pole, that wars may cease, and all be prayer and praise.
His reign shall know no end, and round His piercèd feet
Fair flowers of paradise extend their fragrance ever sweet.

6. Crown Him the Lord of love, behold His hands and side,
Those wounds, yet visible above, in beauty glorified.
No angel in the sky can fully bear that sight,
But downward bends his burning eye at mysteries so bright.

7. Crown Him the Lord of Heaven, enthroned in worlds above,
Crown Him the King to Whom is given the wondrous name of Love.
Crown Him with many crowns, as thrones before Him fall;
Crown Him, ye kings, with many crowns, for He is King of all.

8. Crown Him the Lord of lords, who over all doth reign,
Who once on earth, the incarnate Word, for ransomed sinners slain,
Now lives in realms of light, where saints with angels sing
Their songs before Him day and night, their God, Redeemer, King.

9. Crown Him the Lord of years, the Potentate of time,
Creator of the rolling spheres, ineffably sublime.
All hail, Redeemer, hail! For Thou has died for me;
Thy praise and glory shall not fail throughout eternity.

1. A Cristo coronad divino Salvador.

3. A Cristo coronad Señor de vida y luz;
A él, pues, adorad, Señor de salvación;
Loor eterno tributad de todo corazón.

3. Kurorëzo atë, që mëkatar’t i do.
S’i v’rejnë as engjëjt dot.

Mbret’ria që ai ka perjetë do të rrijë;
Tek këmb’t e tij t’gozhduara në gjunj’ t’përkulemi.

6. Kurorëzo atë, që kohën e drejton;

聖羔在寶座上;

因衪消滅死亡;

Durch sein vergossnes Blut hat er uns freigemacht;

Kein Engel dort erträgt den Glanz von seinem Licht;

1. Oh, venham coroar
Jesus, o Salvador,
Cordeiro que desceu do céu,
e é digno de louvor!
Despertem, pois, irmãos,
p'ra o Redentor louvar.
Jesus por nós morreu na cruz
e agora é Rei sem par.

2. Oh, venham coroar
a encarnação do Amor!
A fronte e as mãos feridas têm
sinais de intensa dor.
Os anjos lá no céu
não podem contemplar
a glória excelsa de Jesus,
intensa, a rebrilhar.

3. Oh, venham coroar
quem vida nos doou!
A morte e todo o seu poder
Jesus já derrotou.
Agora Cristo está
à destra do bom Deus
e ali no céu conservará
os redimidos seus.

4. Oh, venham coroar
o Cristo Criador,
e queiram anjos bendizer
o nosso Redentor!
Unidos, pois, assim,
em coro singular
entoaremos a Jesus
louvores sem cessar.
